Hi! We're the London Rockets - an adult stunt and cheer squad based in the UK.

Cheer hasn't been going very long in the UK and most adult squads are made up of people who have tried some form of dance or gym before and always wanted to cheer but never had the opportunity.

That would describe almost 90% of our squad. The other 10% are people who've never done anything before cheer!

That's why we're so proud of how far we've come in just a year.

We might not have the trophies yet but we made it to competition and bounced off the mat knowing we'd done our best.
